Updating database java
Given that My SQL database table design, let's assume that we just want to update one record in this table.
To do so, we just need to follow these steps: I've tried to document the following Java My SQL UPDATE example so you can see these steps.
When a getter method is called with a string and more than one column has the same alias or name as the string, the value of the first matching column is returned.
The option to use a string as opposed to an integer is designed to be used when column aliases and names are used in the SQL query that generated the result set.
I need to update some user records in my database every month (specifically, give them credits that belong to their subscription), starting the day they sign up. For example, if somebody signs up march 31, when should he be updated? Or should I simply restrict the range of update days to the lowest common range, 28?
The major problem am having is after update of the last record in the database, when the record is being retrieved the value of the picture is set to null and this gives me a null Pointer Exception. This is calculated from the last record indicated as variable zp. I made it up so I could show an int data type in this table, and I was thinking of those websites where points are awarded for giving correct answers.
